Are you ready to tap into the potent power of Shakti, around us and in us all? Join Mary Kate McCartney in a 3-part, explorative journey into the profound power of Shakti. Rooted in three unique goddess energies and their interplay with the divine masculine, this interactive workshop empowers participants via yogic tools including mythology, asana, sound, mudras and meditation, helping you navigate life both on and off the mat. This workshop can be taken in whole (all 3 sessions) or in individual sessions, each 2 hours.
