Outdoor All-levels Yoga with Live Music + Sound Bath | 75 minutes | $25-$35 Sliding Scale
Join Sol Rio Co-Founders, MK + Alexander for a special yoga and sound session in the historic Orchard at Dawn Ranch, next to the Russian River. MK will guide you in an accessible yoga practice supported by a LIVE soundscape via multiple musical instruments played by Alexander. The session concludes with a relaxing ambient sound bath.
What to bring: A mat, unless you are traveling or forget and an eye covering for the sound bath.
How to get there: Please give yourself time to locate the Orchard and enjoy the stunning grounds. Use the West Parking Lot, cross the footbridge, turn left, walk towards the spa, turn right and cross the creek, the Orchard is next to the glamping tents.
