Experience a deep reset with an Ambient Sound Bath crafted by Sol Rio's Co-founders MK and Alex Stefani.  Electronic musical instruments (keyboard and synthesizer) are played, in addition to traditional instruments (gong, crystal bowls, chimes and even the trumpet), creating a unique soundscape which helps your mind and body deeply relax. Participants simply lie down and are guided in breath and washed in stabilizing sound waves. Please bring a mat unless you are traveling or forget, an eye cover and any other items to support your relaxation.
