Deepen your healing journey through the potent practice of Yin Yoga & Sound Meditation. The first 40 minutes of the session you will be guided into yin poses, while MK shares stories and teachings, illustrating how ancient yogic philosophies & practices provide a road map to healing in your daily life. The final 20 minutes you will relax in Savasana to receive Sound waves, supporting a deeper state of absorption and union.
*Yin yoga is a gentle, floor-based practice that is accessible to all-bodies and levels. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes, supporting the deepening of stretches, blended with gentle transitions which bring fluidity to the joints and energetic pathways.
