MK McCartney (E-RYT500, YACEP, CMT) has been lovingly teaching yoga in Northern California and abroad for 20 years and is humbled to serve others through this transformative practice. “Each time we practice yoga an alchemical process occurs, where our frequencies rise and we begin to feel better. This is the magic of yoga.” MK currently leads yoga teacher trainings, retreats and weekly classes and is a Co-founder of Sol Rio Studio, alongside her husband, Alex, and is based to Sonoma County, California. MK also loves traveling, dancing and spending time with her daughter.
