This non-refundable deposit secures your spot for our Senegal Sol Retreat: Yoga & Culture in the Heart of West Africa on March 30-April 6, 2027. This once in a life-time trip takes you to the land of teranga (hospitality), experiencing West Africa through food, family, history, yoga & fun. MK started traveling to West Africa as a Peace Corps Volunteer in 2003 and has returned regularly over the last 20 plus years visiting friends and family.  

Pricing includes:  lodging, meals, guided activities, daily yoga and sound sessions & transportation to and from airport. 

Not included: airfare, alcoholic beverages, travelers insurance, 3 meals which are on your own, ensuring there is sufficient down-time, tips (suggested $10 per day).

Due to the small size and costs of this retreat no refunds are provided. If we find someone to fill your spot, we will happily refund you the full amount minus the non-refundable deposit. If for any reason the retreat is cancelled your payment will be refunded in full.
