LOCATION: The Orchard at Dawn Ranch
Join Sol Rio Co-Founders, MK + Alexander for a special yoga and sound session at Dawn Ranch, next to the Russian River. MK will guide you in an accessible yoga practice supported by a LIVE soundscape via multiple musical instruments played by Alexander. The session concludes with a relaxing ambient sound bath.
What to bring: A mat, unless you are traveling or forget and an eye covering for the sound bath.
How to get there: Use the West Parking Lot, cross the footbridge, turn left, walk towards the spa, turn right and cross the creek, the Orchard is to the right of the glamping tents.
Online registration is required for all participants . This session is included for dawn ranch guests | register with hotel.
